This workshop is part of Professional Development Week. Professional Development Week provides all UC staff with a range of different workshops and information sessions to keep your skills relevant, learn new skills, and ability to participate in the overall direction of UC.

In this 1.5 hour workshop, we will explore the influence of stress on how students think, feel and act.

Staff will explore practical strategies for helping students build their resilience and manage personal and educational demands.

Trainer:

Stephen Meyer, Psychologist, UC Medical and Counselling

Training Audience:

This workshop is designed for all student-facing staff at UC, however, all UC staff are welcome.
