PARTY SAFE! – stay connected.
Special information evening for Parents of Teens….
It is that time of year where teenagers are celebrating the end of their school year with their friends at a party…..would you know what your rights and responsibilities are when hosting a party?
Miami High welcomes a special guest, Andrew Moloney from Moloney MacCallum Lawyers. Andrew comes with many years of experience in all aspects of criminal defence, traffic law, family law and commercial law throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Through his work, he has engaged with many issues that have led to positive outcomes.
In his presentation, Andrew will address the issues relating to hosting a teenage party, such as the rights and responsibilities that go with organising a party and the legal implications that can arise if things don’t go to plan. He will explain the laws around underage drinking, drug use, the rights and responsibility of the host parents and how you can take steps to plan your party safely.
Party safe will provide parents with valuable information to help guide their teenager through the challenging years. With our children growing up in this changing world around us, you can’t afford to miss this great opportunity to learn how to stay connected.
