Parramatta Riverside Scavenge
Event Information
About this event
Ok third time lucky Scavengers!
We have rescheduled this event more times than we would care to admit, but the good news is we have landed on a new date for the Parramatta Riverside Scavenge! So get ready to get your hands dirty and trade trash for “cash”, all the while listening to funky tunes and learning from awesome eco-warriors. Come join us for a day of waste-wise workshops, chit chats about circular solutions to clean-up mother nature and much more 🌎
PLUS for every 10 pieces of litter you SCAVENGE and SORT you will earn 1 Trash Token that you can use to “buy” some stella stuff from our pre-loved, pop-up markets.
PSSSSST - Your litter haul might even score you a rad prize 🏆
Bonus track: Try Softer will be holding a breathwork session to help you harness better health. Make sure you sign up when registering so you don't miss out!
So what are you waiting for?? Rally your mates and family for this awesome day out and register via the Eventbrite link.
Remember to bring your keep cup and lunchbox to grab a hot coffee and sandwich at the cafe or pack a picnic lunch to munch on whilst listening to Q&As and live music!
And why not make your commute more sustainable by riding to the event? The local cycle ways will lead you straight there and we will have a bike valet to take care of your bike while you roam through the event.
Looking forward to scavenging with ya!
And as always, if you feel sick or unwell, please stay home. 🤒
