Description

Parents have a defining impact on our attitudes and choices in life. Join Claire Halliday, author of Things My Mother Taught Me and her new book, Things My Father Taught Me, as we discuss the lessons we learn from our parents and how they make us who we are.

Claire Halliday started her career as a freelance feature writer for The Sunday Age more than 20 years ago. Since then, more than 1000 of her articles have appeared in a range of publications. Things My Father Taught Me is her fifth non-fiction book – a collection of interviews with interesting Australians who share stories about the impact their father had on their lives.

Christian Wagstaff is one of Australia’s most experienced and well respected production and event designers, creating mesmerizing and incredible art installations for clients including Crown Casino, The Logies, The Million Dollar Lunch, Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Dark Mofo and more.

Bookings essential.
