Central Bayside Community Health Services Paediatric Dietitian Jodi, is presenting a free online 45-minute webinar on packing a healthy lunchbox for parents and educators of children in Early Childhood Services and Primary Schools.
The aim of the webinar is to equip parents and educators with the know-how to pack a healthy lunchbox. Learn about the five food groups and their serving sizes, what to put in a healthy lunchbox and healthy lunchbox examples.
