Following the popularity of the Parent-Infant Psychotherapy Training run by the Centre for Women’s Mental Health last year, we are pleased to offer a 5 week small group supervision program with three Infant Mental Health Experts:

  • Dr Susan Nicolson (GP/Newborn Behavioural Observation expert)

CWMH Louise Newman Sarah Mares Susan Nicolson
The on-line program will be an opportunity for those working in the area to discuss real-case material and to learn from experts and peers.

This seminar is suitable for those who work as therapists with experience delivering interventions with parents and infants, where there is relational trauma and for therapists with an interest in parent-infant psychotherapy.

The five-week supervision program will run Wednesday 1 May, then on Tuesdays 7 May, 14 May, 21 May & 28 May.

Time: 4.00-5.30pm

Participants will be asked to provide de-identified case material for discussion; a brief one-page summary will be requested several days before the meeting. Meetings will be conducted via Zoom.

Enquiries regarding supervision content can be directed to Emma Symes (emma.symes@thewomens.org.au)

Please direct administrative queries to Jacinda Soussan (Jacinda.soussan@thewomens.org.au)

Refunds are not avaialble for unattended supervision sessions.
