One of the South Coast’s most sought after weekend escapes, Paperbark Camp, is appearing at Fairgrounds Festival this year, with a pop-up long table dining experience providing nightly banquets in a magical candle-lit oasis, inspired by the starry skies and treetop dining at it's renowned Gunyah restaurant in Jervis Bay.
Take time out to gather with friends old and new, to feast and be merry in a magical setting, swapping yarns and enjoying an abundant and sumptuous banquet with mediterranean and middle eastern flavours, (served with fine wine and drinks of course!) before setting off into the wilderness for the evenings festivities.
Dinner on Friday 2nd December will be an early seating at 5.30pm, allowing plenty of time to get to the stages. There will be 3 seatings for dinner on Saturday 3rd December at 5.00pm, 6.30pm and 8.00pm.
The 2 course dinner menu will include banquet style mains followed by dessert and we will also have a kid-friendly option. Menus include slow cooked lamb, paperbark wrapped kingfish w/ harissa, burnt eggplant w/ caulifower puree & zaatar, chargilled broccolini w/ bonito dressing and kohlrabi & rocket salad w/ fried spiced chickpeas and lemony buttermilk dressing.
