We are pleased to be able to extend a welcoming Hello to all Fairgrounds Festivalgoers. For the first time ever, we have pitched our tent outside of our award-winning Jervis Bay home, so come join us and celebrate our inaugural gourmet banquet at Fairgrounds Festival.
Our long table restaurant is family friendly. We know from experience that kids love dipping into the grown-ups’ shared banquet dishes and so we make sure there is plenty for everyone to enjoy. But for all-round happiness, we will be also serving a delicious menu designed with kids in mind.
We also have menu choices that cater to all food tribes, be you carnivore, vegan and everything in between. Feast your appetite on a share banquet – think slow cooked lamb, paperbark wrapped kingfish, burnt eggplant, caulifower puree and zaatar, chargilled broccolini and more – and then tuck into your individual desert.
The Camp’s dinners run for one hour and are scheduled to coincide with main stage performances.
With luscious food accompanied by a carefully curated champagne, wine and beer menu at regular bar prices, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the Paperbark Camp experience.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
The premise is licensed and there is no BYO.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes! You are welcome to transfer dining tickets until the 30/11/16 provided notice is received in writing to email@example.com of changed booking details.
Are you able to cater to my specific dietary requirement?
We are happy to include dietary requirements, just get in touch. ( Note we require 2 days notice, so we can get it right.)
Are you family friendly?
Yes! We welcome all Fairgrounds visitors, young and young at heart. Children are under 12.
