About this Event

Our panel lunch session with our key business owners discussing what strategies they used to overcome fear in growing their business including checklists on how to protect you as a business owner as you grow:

  • Going from Sole Trader to Company Structure that has employees- Hiring first staff checklists- Ensuring all that nitty gritty administration, governance, legal documents, intellectual property and accountancy work has been done right to protect you
  • Making the jump from a home office to a leased shop front space
  • Strategies to save money and bootstrap their business without compromising on quality of product or service
  • Strategies to define your target market and how to connect with them.
  • And finally any Ah Hah! Moments on the way with Q&A time.

This workshop is part of the Small Business Symposium – Making Waves in your Community day sponsored by the Queensland Government Small Business Week Grant.

All participants will receive a USB with 70 real Business Guides, Checklists and templates you can use for our Business.

Light Lunch will be provided.
