Panel Discussion: Measuring the True Value of Volunteers
Overview
This Panel Discussion will build on the session earlier this month on Measuring and Communicating Volunteer Impact.
With the help of our expert panellists, we will look further into the different ways of assessing the value of volunteers to your organisation, and find out what can be done with that information.
Learn how to combine quantatative data with anecdotal information and the power of story-telling. We will look at the importance of collecting accurate data, learn how best to do this, and discuss how to communicate this information to various stakeholders.
Panellists to be confirmed.
Outcomes
This discussion will give you the strategies to assess the value of volunteers within your organisation, and to understand the potential this information has to drive change.
You will gain confidence in the integrity of your data, which in turn can support requests for resources and attract funding, while also showcasing the impact of your volunteers to the rest of your organisation, and the community beyond.
