The service sector will undergo immense changes in the age of artificial intelligence, robotics and new technologies. How will such technological advancements impact the sector, employment opportunities, and service deliveries?

Amy brings a distinct fusion of her 20+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, across multi-channels and multi-disciplines both locally and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Amy is currently Project Lead, Digital Customer Engagement for AXA Hong Kong where she is responsible for the digital value propositions for life, health & employee benefits and general insurance products and services. Prior to this, she has had roles at China CITIC Bank International (Hong Kong), Cigna & CMB Life Insurance (China) and held regional responsibilities at Cigna International Markets, AIG, Aegon, and Swiss Reinsurance Life & Health.

Born in Hong Kong, she grew up and attended school in Canberra and holds a Bachelor of Economics from The Australian National University. Amy returned to live in Hong Kong in 1995. In her spare time she chases after her marathon-runner husband and their active 8-year old son.


Ms Joanne Yin

Joanne graduated from the ANU in 2004 with a Bachelor of Economics/Bachelor of Laws (Hons). She practiced as a lawyer in Sydney, Hong Kong, London and Moscow before joining a family office and settling in Hong Kong. Today, Joanne is active in private equity; her portfolio has included a diverse range of industries, including agriculture, water, elderly homes and geotechnical engineering.


Mr Joshua Nedeljkovic

Head of Strategic Projects, Deliveroo

After graduating in December 2014 with a Bachelors of Commerce (Marketing), Josh moved to the Philippines to join a FinTech start-up. A year later he moved to Hong Kong and is now the Head of Strategic Projects at Deliveroo. He also co-founded a digital marketing agency with offices in Hong Kong, Bali and London.


Mr Russell Beattie

Russell has over 24 years’ experience in listed exchange traded derivatives in APAC. He has lived / worked and been a licensed representative in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Australia.

In his career he has spent over 15 years as a registered company director, registered responsible officer and/or registered internal control manager across various regional businesses.

Prior to Joining BAML Hong Kong in January 2015, Russell was the Managing Director, Head of Prime Services Japan and Head of Agency Derivatives Services Distribution (Asia Pacific) for Barclays based in Tokyo. As part of that role he was also a member of the Barclays APAC Prime Services Management Committee.

Russell also serviced for 2 years as an elected board member of the Futures Industry Association of Japan and currently participates in several market advisory committees.

Russell graduated from the Australian National University, Canberra with a Bachelor of Economics. Prior to starting in the financial markets on the Sydney Futures Exchange he was granted a commission as a Royal Australian Infantry Officer and qualified as an airborne trooper with the 1st Royal Australian Commando Regiment.

Russell also successfully completed a four year apprenticeship as a Light Vehicle Automotive Mechanic.
