Right now, most of Australia is at the height of the pandemic. Like other sectors, home care is dealing with its own challenges. Many Home Care services are struggling with filling shifts and meeting the needs of clients.
There is panic, anxiety, and stress amongst many in the community. Those in leadership and management positions in home care are at the frontline of managing the pandemic. There are a number of strategies that can bring calm and clarity to this situation.
