The role of Enrolled Nurses in caring for palliative approach patients and their families.

About this event

The workshop will explore the role of enrolled nurses in supporting a patient & family with a life limiting illness as they approach end of life. It will be interactive and provide ample time for discussion through case presentations and examples using the PCC4U EN toolkit*.

Communicating with People with Life-limiting conditions

Principles of Symptom Assessment & Management

Assessment & Management of Pain

Optimising Function in Palliative Care

Terminal Care & Bereavement
