About this event

We LOVE pets! Join us for a night of painting your pet, email us a photo of your pet after booking your seat & we will pre-sketch your pet for you!


AGE POLICY

Children aged 7+ are welcome in this class. NO INFANTS PLEASE

Important Note: Kids must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian


PHOTO REQUIRED

Please ensure that you send your photos to info@ladderartspace.com.au at least 7 days before the event. The earlier you can send them, the better, as it will give us ample time to sketch.

In case you are booking the class within a week of its scheduled date, please send the photos immediately after making the booking.

  • One pet per person
  • The higher quality your photo, the easier it will be for the artist to sketch and for you to paint.

Please make sure your photo is well-lit, and your pet is clearly visible, with no blurring or obstructions.

The studio's door opens 15 minutes before and closes 15 minutes after the starting time. Arriving later would be considered a no-show-up! Unless you notify us before the starting time by calling (03) 9852 8772.

Notice period for a Refund

  • 1-3 Seats: More than 72 hours
  • 4-9 seats: More than 7 days
  • 10+ seats: More than 21 days

***Please note that there is a $5.49 EventBrite fee per person, deducted from the total refund amount***


Notice period for rescheduling, a $38 rebooking fee applies per seat for the workshops with similar duration and value

  • 1-3 Seats: between 4 to 72 hours
  • 4-9 seats: between 72 hrs and 7 days
  • 10+ seats: 1) 15 to 21 days notice, you will receive a full voucher 2) 8 to 14 days notice (50% cancellation fee)


Considered a “No Show” with no refund or voucher issued

  • 1-3 Seats: 4 hrs or less
  • 4-9 seats: 72 hrs or less
  • 10+ seats: 7 days or less

Classes require a certain number of enrolments to proceed. Courses that do not meet minimum enrolment levels may be canceled. Participants will be notified by email of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the course start date. In the case of cancellation, a transfer, credit or full refund will be offered.


COVID-19 Cancellations:

If the Government requires our studios to remain closed at the time of your session, we will issue you a credit voucher valid for 3 years.

If the Government requires us to reduce the capacity of our studios, we will issue you a credit voucher (full value of your order) or reschedule your booking to another session of your choice (subject to availability and capacity).


Event Photos & Videos

We take a lot of photos and videos of our classes for Facebook and other forms of social media. If you do not want to be included in such photos, please advise a staff member upon arrival. If we inadvertently include you in a social media picture, please contact the studio and we will happily remove it upon request.

Order and Pickup Details: Please place your order a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled session, allowing us to prepare the freshest ingredients. Pickup is available exclusively before your session at Ladder Art Space. Ensure you input the date of your scheduled session during the order process.
