As a Movement Therapist, Fin's aim is to work closely with clients to open up their awareness of their bodies, teach them how to correct their movement patterns & Unlock Their True Potential.

Injuries do not just occur; they build up in our body over time due to poor movement & compensation patterns, recurrent movements with poor form, & from our general day-to-day habits.

In this 5 hour workshop, you will learn how to find your own restrictions as well as take home many tools & movement exploration drills that will help you become aware of what is holding you back.



Content Includes;

  • Breath-work; The Missing Link- Explaining the physiological importance of breath work and why it is a leading cause in many injuries today including neck/shoulder pain & lower back pain.

  • Meditation & Breathing For Healing- How to bring breath work into your daily practice through simple life hacks as well as exploring deeper how breathing affects our bodies ability to heal

  • Movement Scan’s; 3-D Body Movement’s- Movement series bringing awareness to our movements through the 3 planes of motion; Frontal, Sagittal & Transverse, and how this is necessary for injury free training & performance

  • Upper Body Set-up & Awareness- breaking down the shoulder girdle, looking deeper at common injuries associated here and how to prevent/overcome them

  • Push-Pull Technique Breakdown- how to bring awareness to the most common movements in the gym that can aggravate injuries in your shoulders & neck, and how to train them with excellent form

  • Lower Body Set-up & Awareness- breaking down the hip/pelvis, looking deeper at common injuries associated here and how to prevent/overcome them

  • Hips & Pelvis Mobility & Stability- how to bring awareness to the most common movements in the gym that can aggravate injuries in your hips & lower back, and how to train them with excellent form

  • Move ’n Flow Session- a 30 minute session where we tie everything together and have some fun exploring and playing new movement patterns.



About the Facilitator:

Fin is a Movement Therapist with 10 years experience in the industry and has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from Sporting Clubs, to Athletes & the General Public. Starting off as a Sports Physio., his path has led him to develop a more holistic approach to working with the body as he personally struggled to overcome injuries and issues within his own body through a traditional practice. Over the last decade he has studied and learned from some of the best therapists & coaches around the world and has created his own unique Complete Body Approach to Pain & Injury Management.
