About this event

Other customised sessions for staff of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Networks will be scheduled in the new year.

This session will include:

  • An overview of pain after brain injury
  • Introduction to the new Be Pain Smart clinic model - a specialised state-wide clinic for people with chronic pain and a TBI/SCI
  • New resources developed to assess, treat and manage pain
  • Presentation of case studies

Members of the the adult Be Pain Smart Team will present:

  • Dr Raj Anand – Rheumatologist and Pain Physician
  • Jane Bradshaw – Senior Physiotherapist
  • Dr Regina Schultz – Senior Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist

Two introductory sessions are available for December 2020. Further customised sessions for BIRP and Pain Network staff will be scheduled in the new year .
