Eat Spanish is a non profit association with a professional networking in order to raise the image of Spanish gastronomy and culture in Australia.

We experiment, promote, and fuse local products with the best of Spanish imports in Australia to create a new wave of Spanish gastronomy away from clichés and outdated stereotypes, and a focus on sustainability and collaboration.

In 2021 a group of members of this gastronomy association in WA decided to create the first Paella Festival in Australia. Based in tradition and authenticity we will offer a real Spanish culinary experience. You could learn, taste and enjoy with you family and friends with our diversity of rices.
