1:00 pm all you can eat paella ready to serve

1:45 pm SET 2 Live Entertainment: SENES Flamenco Dance Performance

2:30 pm - Start serving dessert

2.30 pm - Finish serving paella

4:00 pm close of event

MAIN PAELLA DISHES

Live cooking station

1. Seafood Paella- Prawns, Calamari, Mussels, Fish, roasted Capsicum, Peppers, Garlic, Tomato, Onion, Saffron & Paprika
2. Cumin and red wine braised beef cheek
3. Mojo marinade lamb ribs
4. Chicken and Chorizo Cazuella, with Saffron rice
5. Vegetarian Paella with seasonal vegetables
