This program is suitable for mothers who experienced birth trauma within the last two years.
The purpose of this program is to provide education, understanding and a safe space for mothers to explore their birth trauma in a supportive way and develop a plan forward for their trauma journey.

- Awareness that it’s okay not to be okay and there is hope
- Create friendships for ongoing support in the future
- Understand the healthcare system and where to get help
- Develop a path forward for health and well-being
