Overcome stress, anxiety, anger & transform adversity with Overcoming Problems Buddhism, recognised in 2008.
"Hello everyone, AITHP Sydney has begun taking new enrolments for this year’s Overcoming Problems course.
As a student of the centre for many years, I highly recommend the classes for anyone seeking to grow and change in positive ways, as well as those who feel they would benefit from a better understanding of themselves and those around them.
While I find it difficult to accurately describe the Overcoming Problems Buddhism classes, the effect they have had on me has been quite profound and overwhelmingly positive. I have learnt to develop an increased awareness of myself and the people around me, find that I have become a far more compassionate and accepting person and have developed a view that has enabled me to make huge changes in my life that previously I had been unable too. I have also seen many other students benefit in similar ways.
If you are excited to come along, curious about the classes or just want to have a look to see if they are for you, you are welcome to follow the link to the website where you can enrol online or just come along and check it out on the day."
