We've received several requests to organise introductory rides for an older age group, so we thought we'd give it a whirl.

We'll start with a moderately easy ride on what many consider to be the best section of the BVRT from Yarraman to Moore (30% downhill), with transport from Moore to Yarraman at the start. Cost is $29 for the shuttle and a small contribution towards our insurance costs (less than $5).

Shuttle with Out There Cycling will depart from outside Kai Lounge in Moore at 6.00 am (to beat the heat), then we ride back to Moore. Pie for breakfast in Blackbutt (why not?) and late morning tea in Kai Lounge.

Ride will be compliant with industry COVID-safe standard for outdoor pursuits.

Not all over 50s are retirees, so we're organizing this ride on a Saturday rather than mid-week. If you're close to 50 but not quite there yet, that's fine.
