Class Duration: 60 minutes
This beginner yoga class will encourage you to feel your body and breath and focus your mind. Designed for beginners, we will go back to basics.
You will learn basic poses and sequences that are transferable to many yoga classes.
Each class will include:
- asana to increase flexibility and strength.
- an emphasis on the breath and it's link to the movements.
- postures that suit each member of the class.
- relaxation
What to bring
Please bring your towel , water bottle and mat.
COVID-19 conditions of entry
The following conditions of entry and use apply to access the outdoor class.
You are currently in good health.
You agree to practice social distancing of 1.5 metres at all times.
You will comply with any guidelines from the Victorian Chief Health Officer, and follow instructions of staff at all times.
If you show symptoms or have been in close contact, do not attend class until you receive their test results or completed quarantine period and cleared by DHHS
