Chris Gray - Property Expert & CEO, Your Empire
With interest rates at a record low, is now the best time to invest in Australian property? Or are the property prices skyrocketing to an all-time high and bound to drop in the future? With all the speculation in the media, it is hard to understand what is really going on. Chris will be here to discuss what is really happening to property in Australia and what kind of property will produce the highest potential returns for the least possible risk.
Simon Kent-Jones, Head of Private Client Research, Ord Minnett
Simon’s role includes the management of a range of investment portfolios for Ord Minnett’s clients. One of these is a Responsible Equities portfolio, which is designed for investors who wish to share in the long-term prosperity of Australian listed companies while taking into consideration environmental, governance and social impacts. Simon will discuss the philosophy and investment process behind the portfolio.
