Description

You are invited to this comprehensive workshop on strength training and mobility requirements for running training and competition!

Topics covered will include how to understand the body and train the correct muscle groups for optimal running speed and performance, while understanding injury prevention and rehab for common running injuries.

If you've always believed you are capable of more when it comes to running, or you feel you're lacking the knowledge to take your running training to the next level, this workshop is for you!
