Lisa is currently the OpenTable Vice President, APAC where she is responsible for launching and cultivating emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region.



Darren Taylor, Managing Director and Head of Strategy, Taylor and Grace

Darren Taylor is a visionary brand consultant who has helped hundreds of organisations – from traditional family-run businesses to not-for-profits to mature multinationals to startups – to develop and grow their brand to compete in a global environment.

Darren is that rare entrepreneur who listens as well as he speaks, whose facilitation workshops and brand vision models are exercises in creativity that elicit laughter as well as insight. He champions self-examination and transformation as essential processes for any organisation wishing to thrive in an increasingly competitive world.

He is an accomplished pianist and pipe organist and serves on the board of Musica Viva Australia. He is a pro-bono adviser to the Indigenous Art Code and Koala Kids, a public speaker and a mentor to young marketing professionals. His other interests include the visual arts, theatre, fashion, the Melbourne restaurant scene and stimulating conversation

Co-Founder of Mr. Miyagi, 29 years old Kristian Klein is born and raised in the food capital of the world, elbourne. After previous ventures in event management and after founding a successful footwear brand, Kristian has ended up in the world of restaurants.

His approach to dining is nothing short of truly unique, as evident to anybody who has ever dined at a Mr. Miyagi venue. Mr. Miyagi launched in late 2013 and is a leader in the restaurant world of elite and modern dining, offering an original, high quality, yet casual experience to diners.

Naomi, better known as Nai, is a self-confessed geek with creative flair for communications, events and branding.

Having a background in Account Management and Live Event Production, Nai thrives on growth, change & challenge. After touring for several years as a stage and production manager it was time to settle back in Melbourne and utilise her unique skill set in a role that’s as diverse as she is.

After upskilling in Marketing & Communications, Nai utilises her originality, love of technology and logic to create company strategy and brand awareness.

What do Nai, Dame Edna Everage and the Chiko Roll all have in common? They made their debut in Wagga Wagga NSW.


Angie Giannakodakis - Owner, Epocha Restaurant
Angie has had over 25 years of experience in the service and wine industry.
Having established a name early on The Press Club and days as part owner and conceptual designer of Hellenic Republic Brunswick, Angie’s experience and authentic love of hospitality has truly come to fruition in her ownership of new
European favourites Epocha in Carlton which received The Good Food Guide’s iconic 'chef's hat' award in 2014, 2015, 2016 and Elyros in Camberwell, which also awarded a chef's hat 2016.

Respected equally for her impressive knowledge of Greek and old world wines as for as her legendary hospitality. in the 2015 Age Good Food Guide where Angie took out the CITI Service Excellence Award. Her mantra is to leave a legacy of great hospitality and contribute to her favourite charities.
