Example of a recap of another Gig rehearsal

The focus was on practicing for a school performance. Chloe was conducting so requested an opportunity to test out some questions on those at rehearsal. After a short vocal and physical warm up Play backers were invited to share their moment and experiences around transition using the Heros journey ( the theme of the gig) .

Forms used were: Fluids, Fluid to Fluid transformation, a Pair, mosaic chorus, chorus, and stories.

Questions elicited moments and stories on early relationship exploring sexuality or events that impacted on understanding of diversity and inclusion around relationships.

After each playback the feedback took on a coaching approach with each of us looking for realistic question generation; review of form selection and deconstructing questions to elect better responses
