About the workshop:

Congratulations! You have a database... well a list of contacts and their details. You know it’s been a while since you communicated AND you know there is money in your database...BUT you’re not sure where. Bottomline, if you’re not talking to your audience you can guarantee your competitors are.

So, what the heck do I communicate so they will open my email AND take action? That is the purpose of this workshop.

Did you know that brands lose an average of 25% of their mailing list annually, and between 25-50% of customers become inactive?

  • Using Infusionsoft as the main email communication platform, in this workshop you will learn:
  • The purpose of re-engagement and how you can re-engage like a pro
  • Forensic Marketing 101 - the power of database segmentation
  • The process for developing an automated response campaign
  • The power of software integration to reduce admin headaches and automate your communication

This workshop is designed for businesses who have a database and want to know how to communicate effectively AND efficiently.

About the Presenter:

David Letizia is the founder of Your Business Optimised. In 2014, after 27 years as a professional engineer and business development manager, David discovered that he could help small businesses grow more quickly and cost effectively - in much the same way as he had for larger organisations. He works to identify and analyse the key needs and issues which are holding businesses back, and then customises business and marketing systems to streamline and automate business work processes, client and contact management, appointment setting, quotes and follow up.

Important – Participating businesses must be aware that this information will be provided to the Commonwealth Department of Jobs and Small Business and the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Innovation and Science for program evaluation and reporting purposes and; they may be approached by a representative of the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science to complete a survey on the services provided.

PLEASE NOTE: To register for this event you must be a business (0-19 employees) and provide your ABN.
