CORE SKILLS FOR QUALITY LEADERS – PROMOTING CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION

In the demand of getting day to day tasks done, we often miss the opportunities that could arise from creative thinking and innovation. A team that works creatively and innovatively can solve problems, unlock new answers to old questions, maintain strong morale in difficult times and expose potential where there was none.

IN THIS SESSION WE WILL EXPLORE:

  • What is creativity and innovation? The differences and the benefits.
  • Why innovation and creativity in teams is essential.
  • Introductory skills and techniques for promoting innovation and creativity in teams
  • The leaders role in setting the scene for creativity and innovation to flourish

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This series covers foundational level skills for new or emerging leaders.
