ONLINE - Leadership in the Public Sector

The public service presents unique structural challenges to leadership organisation and effectiveness.

Some of us hold a misconception of what leadership is and when it can be applied, which could subsequently lead to restricting potential organisational performance.

This course provides an overview of leadership concepts applicable to the public sector, with space for problem solving and exploring more effective leadership in our current environment.
