About this Event

Join us for an online guided meditation to open your heart.

If you have not done this type of meditation before, it can be challenging. I've noticed that it can bring up a lot of pain from the past and unresolved anger or resentment in the present. Because of this, I have set some extra time to leave the group open to speak of your experience if anything arises.

Metta or Loving Kindness meditation is a traditional Buddhist practice that aims to cultivate the mental qualities of love and kindness.

It focuses the mind to feelings of kindness and care towards oneself and others, and it also trains the mind to let go of unhelpful habitual tendencies. This practice has the capacity to transform how we fundamentally relate to ourselves and the world around us.

Meditation will be about 25minutes, and then it will be open for discussion.
