Event description

Description

Following her highly successful Coaches In The Pub, USCMA is delighted to welcome back Dr. Josie McLean to facilitate a one day workshop on Systemic Coaching: Integrating Systems Thinking Into Your Coaching Practice

In this highly interactive workshop, you will learn to navigate and apply a range of fascinating systems thinking tools and models as a means to further develop a more systemic lens to your coaching. Our focus will be organisational coaching as we explore the lens of complexity or living systems.

The lens of complexity is most often treated as a cerebral lens only; however, we all have an innate systems intelligencethat can be re-awakened, and that is what this workshop aims to do. Your systems intelligence and ways of knowing can guide and aid your coaching, whether with individuals, teams or organisations/communities.

Perceiving and acting with a conscious awareness of complexity is also linked with the stages of adult development and a capacity to engage in whole systems change. Many leaders in sectors such as NDIS, aged care, and environment are grabbling with whole systems change. As a coach, nurturing and developing your own capacity to work more systemically will assist you to support and develop your clients.
