PODD (Pragmatic Organisational Dynamic Display) is a communication system designed to support people with complex communication needs. The system is adaptable to meet the needs of individuals and compliments the use of other AAC strategies.

College Row School caters for 46 students from Kindergarten through to Year 12 with severe and complex needs. The majority of students have complex communication needs and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) systems are a high priority. The school has developed the whole school to AAC and an ongoing commitment for developing AAC skills both in the school and the community.
