Join Daya as she guides you in a Full day of Pranayama exercises and wisdom.

You will learn the ancient technology of our life force energy and how to harness it in your everyday life.

Do you have any idea of how you breathe ?

I believe that there is part of you that never dies that is called your soul believing that makes every single second magical. I believe that we all could create this life where this is Heaven. Where we are in a state of Love with the entire universe.

I believe that the soul holds infinite wisdom and is our guiding compass to life.

When we stop breathing that is when the soul leaves the body. The breath and Soul are together for our whole lifetime. If you want to know how to feed your soul it is to breathe. The breath is food for the soul and when we are not conscious of our breath when we take it for granted, then we are not feeding the soul. We are taking our existence for granted. That is where life can become heavy and dark. We start to be anxious and fearful, we have no trust in the world, we feel alone. When we are connected to the very fundamental aspect of our existence, the breath, we connect to deeper energy of the universe which gives us a deep sense of safety and hope. As we are reminded every moment every time we breathe that there is a greater power and we are a part of it.

I ask you to take a day with your breath, join me on a magical journey of our soul. We will be learning different techniques and physiology of the body. We must look inside ourselves for the answers to our questions. We must ask our breath for its wisdom

Get your energy from Prana and not from adrenaline. The rhythmic flow of Kundalini Yoga kriyas restores the nervous and glandular systems and releases old stress response patterns from the body. Mantra breaks the silence of the soul and builds the pranic and radiant bodies. This gives both calm and vitality.
