Join us this Saturday 23 January, between 9am - 12noon at our first On Waterways Day for 2021 where we explore our beautiful waterways.

Meet at Chirnside Park & Bungies Hole located behind Werribee Bowling Club in Chirnside Park, Watton Street, Werribee.

What’s on offer?

- Come ‘n try boating – use our kayaks or bring your own. We’ll have several kayaks available for people to come and try for 15-20 minutes, depending upon demand. First in best dressed.

- Come explore this natural setting along the Werribee River Trail.

- Pick up your own litter collection bag and tongs to join in the Litter Blitz.

- Learn about the Werribee River Association and find out about how you can support.

- Family-friendly event. Boating suited to upper primary school and above.

Wear suitable clothing, water ready footwear and sun protection. BYO water bottle. Covid safe sign-in and social distancing protocols in place. Face masks must be carried at all times. Shared equipment will need to be sanitised between use.

Cost: Members free OR donation for boat use gratefully received OR sign up to be a member for $20 individual/30 family per annum.
