Sandy grew up in suburban Sydney, completing high school on the Central Coast of New South Wales, before heading north, to start her Nursing Career at Townsville. She has been a stay-at-home Mum and Home Tutor for her 3 children, giving up her career for a decade until moving further north onto a remote property, where went back to nursing part-time.

She is currently based in a small remote town in Cape York, Australia.

As a registered nurse for over 4 decades, a remote diabetes educator for 15 years, fitness instructor since 2013 and essential oil practitioner since 2015, Sandy Jones has extensive experience and knowledge as a wellness coach and integrated health entrepreneur.

Over the last few years as a diabetes educator, she started feeling unfulfilled and disheartened by what she was seeing as the burden of chronic disease increased, particularly among young adults and children. She wondered what was missing and what else could she do about it?

Even though she was active and ate healthy, the stress and fatigue, working extra hours, running private healing sessions after hours, studying natural health, began to have a negative impact, as she gained excess weight, feeling on the brink of burn out, she saw she was going down the same path as her clients. Crisis certainly does ignite evolution and opportunity!!

In 2018 she met Sarah, an 8-year-old girl who reignited her hope, and passion. It was what Sarah’s Mum shared, that turned Sandy’s own declining health around, inviting curiosity and excitement that indeed the body’s own healing power can be reactivated, and the signs of aging slowed down.

Sandy’s energy, time and focus is now centred on educating people about this breakthrough in natural health and wellbeing, helping others rejuvenate their health from the inside out, and from the outside in, so they feel better, are able to do more, while Sandy is now living a more fulfilled, balanced, healthier life.

Sandy's vision is for an integrated model of health care to become mainstream - affordable, safe and effective wellness approach that empowers others to make informed decision and take action with the support and facilitation of highly skilled and experienced practitioners and educators. Sandy has a passion for the infinite possibilities of activating healthy genes, using authentic therapeutic-grade essential oils, lifestyle medicine and the power of the mind, to restore balance, vitality and performance.
