We have heard your suggestions and we have organised this just for you!

Officials Edge - Nutrition & Workout Basics focuses on the areas off court that can help you with fitness, concentration and mental strength to make officiating easier.

Our presenters are:

- Samuel Mussared & Michelle Richards - "The Base".

Samuel & Michelle both come from the body-building background however their background is a little different than what others would expect. Samuel was a successful body builder competiting successfully in various competitions and then he met Michelle! From this moment onwards they have been a force of a team with Michelle helping Samuel changing his diet to vegan, winning multiple competitions between them and then building their own business together from a small gym to a massive space.

Today Samuel & Michelle train individuals in weight loss, workouts, nutritution and various other areas to help individuals obtain their goals.

They are a wealth of information and will provide amazing information regarding current all the current diets and best options to help officials get the best out of their bodies.

When you think of attention to detail you think of Daniel Stanley. Anything Daniel does he will complete 100% and obtain all the best information to be a walking wealth of knowledge. He will also make sure it is done properly.

Currently Daniel is training for more body-building competitions (while being mentored by Sammuel Mussared) and makes sure every day he is working hard at the gym or at home.

Daniel will be taking participants through body workouts at home with correct form (so you do not get injured) and strengthen yourself further. He will also bring some basic gym equipment and show some basic excerises to limit the "scariness of the gym" so you know what things you can do to get your body moving stronger.
