Official Opening of the Westbourne Course - Members and Guests Only

The long awaited completion of our Championship Westbourne Course is almost here! To celebrate we would like to extend an invitation to our valued Members and Guests to be part of the official opening by His Excellency General the Honourable Sir P Cosgrove AK MC (Retd).
Enjoy a spectcular ‘Grazing Tour’, where there will be music along with a selection of canapés and beverages as you walk across holes 10 to 18, concluding with the official plaque opening and a cocktail party at the Clubhouse.
Grazing Tour: 3pm
Cocktail Party: 5:30pm, incorporating the official opening at the Clubhouse
Dress: Club dress code applies to all Members and their guests.
Free for all Members. However Registration is essential.
$50.00 per Guest - Inclusive of all food and beverage
All Guests must be registered by a Member.
Any guest not affiliated with a Member will not be allowed entry.
Registrations close at 8pm on Tuesday 18 October.
Can I register more than one guest?
Yes. Members are encouraged to register as many guests as they wish. Please ensure that you send an email to email@example.com with the names of all registered guests.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking will be available at the Clubhouse carpark. Any spill over parking will be available on the Short Iron Course to the left of the main entrance. There will be plenty of signage and staff to assist on the day.

Is my Guest registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, providing the ticket is transferred to another Member's guest.

Do I (as a Member) have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Does my guest(s) need to bring their printed ticket(s) to the event?
All guests will need to either bring their printed ticket or ensure that their tickets are visible on either a phone or tablet to facilitiate entry
The name on the guest registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. If the ticket has been transferred, all details must be updated before the event otherwise entry will not be allowed.
