The Temora Aviation Museum’s October Weekend 2020 Aircraft Showcase event on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th October 2020 will feature all serviceable aircraft from the RAAF's Historic collection at Temora- the Tiger Moth, Wirraway, Cessna 02-A, Spitfire Mk VIII, Ryan STM-S2 and Lockheed Hudson, PLUS visiting aircraft including Birddog, Harvard, Gipsy Moth, Winjeel and BT-13.

At Temora you can get closer to the action as you witness a themed selection of Australia’s ex-military flying history come alive.

Aircraft Showcase promises to deliver 2 full days of entertainment for all generations, including:

- Flying displays demonstrating the aircraft’s capabilities

- Informative commentary and music

- Guided tour of static exhibitions

- Interviews with pilots and veterans

- Children’s playground

- Engineering workshop tour

- Pilot meet and greet

Our Mess Hall serves freshly cooked food and a selection of cold refreshments, and a local food vendor will also be on site. Barista coffee is also available and you are welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy in our shaded seating or grassed areas.

10.00am – Gates Open

10.30am – “Guided Hangar Tour” – Enjoy an informative guided tour. Time to view the Exhibitions & Static Displays

11.00am – “Winging It” Q&A with Guest Speaker

11.30am – Flightline Tour (meet and greet with the pilots and engineers)

12.30pm to 3.30pm – Flying Program (all serviceable aircraft)

4.00pm – Museum Close

10.00am – Gates Open

11am to 2.00pm – Flying Program (all serviceable aircraft)

2.00pm – Flightline Tour (meet and greet with the pilots and engineers)

4.00pm – Museum Close

* The event is limited to 500, so ALL tickets MUST be pre-purchased. NO walk ups will be allowed on the day.
