The Council of Oceania Ranger Associations (CORA) – presents the very first Oceania Ranger Forum in stunning Rotorua, New Zealand .

CORA, being the Regional body for the International Ranger Federation, has partnered with The Thin Green Line Foundation to bring you this event.

The Oceania Ranger Forum 2022 will bring together ranger professionals and conservation workers to discuss topics of common interest and concern, in an international networking and professional development event. It is expected that delegates will be from throughout Oceania.

The theme of the forum will be ‘Inclusive Conservation’, highlighting where we need to accommodate and balance different visions and expertise for protected area management to achieve socially relevant, economically productive and environmentally sustainable outcomes.

Join us for three days of inspiring and thought-provoking presentations, workshops, discussions, and field demonstrations.

Tickets for this event include:

Two days of forum presentations (morning tea and lunch included) 18th and 19th October

Welcome dinner at Mitai Maori village (including bus transport) 18th October

Field trip/tour (including bus transport) 20th October

Welcome pack including conference schedule, T-shirt and gift.

Tickets for this event does not include:

Travel to and from the Oceania Ranger Forum, some meals, travel insurance and accommodation. Please make your own arrangements for these items.

Refunds

Refunds are not available if you change your mind, however tickets can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact us on oceaniarangerforum2022@gmail.com if you need to transfer your ticket.
