The NZMS Scientific Food Allergen seminar aims to build confidence and provide guidance to food manufacturers on managing allergen in food and beverages production. It will cover a range of food allergen management topics as well as demonstrations of Romer Labs allergen testing products. NZMS is presenting two international guest speakers; Georgina Christensen expert in Allergen Management, Food Labelling and Product Development from Allergen Bureau (Australia/New Zealand) and Yong Wee Liau from Romer Labs (Singapore).The seminar will also include a talk from Zubi, food labelling specialist.
