This lunchtime seminar will be presented by an Accredited Practising Dietitian.

A predominantly plant-based diet has been heralded as the key to good health. But is this actually the best way to go? ‘Reducing meat intake’ not only breaks down the latest evidence on plant-based diets, but also highlights to optimal amount of meat to consume and why. It delves deeper into the key nutrients to keep an eye on if you’re transitioning to a more plant based diet.
