Sophus Nutrition is hosting a workshop/Q&A and taste-testing dedicated to plant-based eating

About this Event

Like many others, I became a vegetarian for a number of reasons. Mainly due to the health benefits of plant-based foods, the sustainability of this way of eating, and it was nice to see my wallet a little less empty.

Plant-based eating is becoming increasingly popular around the world, and Australia is one of the leaders when it comes to the demand for plant-based products. But, when transitioning to this way of eating, it can be difficult to know if you’re doing it right and nourishing your body well.

If you’re thinking about transitioning to a plant-based diet, eating more plant-based foods, or have recently become a vegetarian or vegan, come along to our Plant-based Eating Workshop where we'll be going through how you can make sure you're hitting the mark with your nutrition, and how to create versatile plant-based meals.

We will have taste testers, recipes, and food comparisons of animal alternative products so you can have the tools to make plant-based eating sustainable for life.
