ABOUT THIS EVENT
We all want to have clear, sharp, bright minds... now, and as we move through the phases of our lives. Tune in to learn about the effect of Nutrition and Meditation on the Brain, including the science behind it. You'll leave with an understanding of the best foods to support peak performance and mental and physical health. You'll also get to see scientifically recorded results of positive change in brain wave states as a result of regular meditation practice.
Bring your notebooks as you'll be learning some juicy information to support your mental and emotional well-being. You'll learn some fascinating information about the brain itself and which foods to eat to improve memory and concentration. We'll cover the importance of feeding your microbiome and how to do that. As the gut has a role in modulating mood and thinking we could all do with loving our good gut bugs.
Meditation is a fabulous and free tool to use to cope with anxiety, stress, health concerns and even to create an amazing future. Learn about how regular practice literally reshapes the brain to support a happier, healthier you!
