Bike Society and Life Personal Trainers invite you to an evening of tips from former national cyclist and nutritionist Tanya Lewis.

This event is a must if you are joining us for Peaks Challenge 2018.

We will cover important topics including:

Tanya Lewis

B.Nut.Diet., Cert IV PT
Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian and Personal Trainer

Tanya is a former national level road cyclist who currently divides her time between bringing up her young family and operating Life Personal Trainers. Along with her husband Kristin, Tanya has worked with junior, recreational and elite cyclists in improving performance on and off the bike through training, strategy, nutrition and optimising health & well being. Tanya is a sports dietitian and will share some key nutrition strategies for Peaks Challenge.
