Dairy intolerances due to the quality of our milk, the health of our cows, the food and medications given to our cows and the processing done to our milk has certainly substantally changed milk from it's natural form. Many companies making these milks in tetra packs may use dubious ingredients to thicken, taste and sweeten the original taste for flavour and for economical reasons, it's so much healthier to make it yourself.
Sally will take you through a step by step guide to making a variety of simple, nutritious and delicious mylks that the whole family will love.
