Description
Sessions on how to become a partner to assist your loved one – with memory loss or dementia – to adjust to moving into and living in an Aged Care residence.
Covering topics such as

• What can make people feel happy
• How you can help
• Grief and loss
Sessions are aimed at family carers who are supporting their family member at home or in an aged care facility. Events will be held across Perth in April and May 2018 [see websites and Facebook.]
