Nuisance Provisions Training (Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act) - Streaky Bay

The Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act 2016 formalises the role of Local Government in managing litter and local nuisance issues.

Following on from the litter provisions training held in 2016, the EPA is pleased to offer training in the nuisance provisions of the Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act 2016.

The nuisance provisions come into effect on 1 July 2017.

The training will provide a brief overview of the Act and also focus on the practical application of the nuisance provisions using case studies.

Time permitting, a brief discussion of the implementation of the litter provisions will also be accommodated.

The one day course will be presented by Tony Williams.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
