Event description

Description

IMRt CIWG | Spare Parts & Warehousing

Hosted by:

Hunter Water

Arc flash events can result in significant injury to workers, including severe burn injuries. The most effective arc flash safety programs are not those that rely on worker training, warning signs and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) but those that look to incorporate 'safety by design' or other mitigation techniques.

In this workshop we will focus on:

  • What mitigation techniques are you putting in place?
  • What training are you providing employees?
  • What if all goes wrong?
  • Can we do more and if so, what?
