In conjunction with Edge Hill Butchery this is a hands-on class designed to teach budding chefs how to butcher their own meat at home, without leaving any waste. This isn’t a class for the squeamish, but we do guarantee it will be a lot of fun – and bring out your inner carnivore! Watch as produce is respectfully butchered by our guest butcher. It’s exciting to have the opportunity to witness these skills in this unique experience. You’ll be able to recognise and make sense of the wide range of meat on offer for us to choose from.

We will take a whole pig and show you where the different cuts of meat lie on the animal. We will then take the various cuts and show you how to cook with them.

You class includes hands on experience with cuts of meat, take home recipes, tastings and a glass of wine or beer on arrival.
