Come join us for the Northy Gym's signature reformer Pilates class — low-impact, but it’ll find muscles you didn’t know existed. Northy Flow uses reformer machines to guide you through controlled movements that sculpt your core, improve posture, and boost flexibility. It’s a slower burn with big results, ideal for anyone wanting to tone up and strengthen without pounding the joints.
