Northside Conversations with Rhonda Anderson: Vital, Healthy Older Women
Sun. 21 May 2017, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm AEST
Vital, Healthy Older Women
Rhonda Anderson, PhD, is an exercise physiologist specialising in healthy ageing for women. She’s a former sports columnist for The Australian, former Australian marathoner, and author of the book Life After Menopause: 5 Key Habits of Healthy, Vital Older Women.
Join Rhonda for a conversation about the keys to healthy ageing for women. Popular culture suggests that ageing is a time of loss and decline, but Rhonda will explain why it doesn’t need to be that way. Being older can bring wisdom, depth and richness. It can be enlivening and satisfying—if we’re healthy. Rhonda gives practical advice for women who want to remain healthy and vital, who want to find post-menopausal zest, and who believe that their best is yet to come. Rhonda’s book will be on sale at the event.
